We take our responsibility for handling your data and the information we hold about you or your child very seriously. We will respect and keep safe any personal data that you share with us and only keep it for as long as it is needed, we will not share with a third party, sell, trade or rent users personal identification information to others.
The information may be stored by the Data Protection Officer, Penelope Frost and by her personal assistant Kate Frost, either on paper or on the studio ipad, respective laptops and mobile phones.
These electronic devices are password protected and will only be accessed by authorized personnel.
Data stored will be collated from the information that you supply to us by the forms you fill in giving us consent, and from history of email, previous performance and examinations, and information gathered from class attendance or payments made.
Data is stored and used for the following purposes
Contacting parents and pupils with information, updates, respond to requests, dance training including exam and performance preparation, child safeguarding, welfare purposes and financial accounts.
